Demonstrate commitment to academic excellence with a high school GPA of not less than 2.5
	Obtain a high school diploma, pass the GED, or pass the California High School Proficiency Exam (any of the three would qualify)
	Complete and submit the scholarship application packet; and
	Provide a certified high school transcript by the deadline date indicated on the packet and on the website.

While applications are available to download from the website, THE APPLICATION AND ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATON MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURES VIA U.S. MAIL OR DROPPED OFF AT:
