Mentor screening begins with a personal interview conducted by members of the Los Angeles County Schools Dollars for
Scholars Board of Directors.
Through extensive interviewing of both students and mentors, board of director members will use information
related to hobbies, academics, recreational and career interests, musical and athletic inclinations and relevant
