| Paula Bond has enjoyed a two-pronged professional life, one of which has taken her throughout the world . . .from France, Italy, Switzerland, England
and Germany, to the Continent of Africa.
This California native's whirl-wind career in the arts and entertainment began soon after the college student
won the coveted pageant title of 'Miss California'.
A Nation-wide tour as a model with the Ebony Fashion Fair added to the foundation on which Paula would build her teaching and production companies.
Living and working in Europe for several years as a high-fashion model refined Paula's creative talents and upon her return to America she began her
second specialty, as a television producer. The TV career began with Paula as a popular producer and on-air broadcaster with Black Entertainment
Television, then on to produce for the highly rated NBC entertainment news program, 'Access Hollywood'.
Simultaneously, Paula developed a personal growth curriculum and opened a school geared toward the needs of inner-city youth.
Her 'Personal Development Workshop' teaches personal, social, image and business preparation skills. This curriculum appealed to adults as well,
allowing Paula to evolve into an Image and Event Consultant for Corporations, Non-Profits, Private Social Groups and Individuals.
Paula's media producing skills, coupled with her personal and social savvy have given her a unique edge as a TV and live-event producer. Today her
company, FIRST OPTION ENTERTAINMENT, enjoys a solid reputation for creating innovative projects. Most recently the company has successfully
produced major events for Bill Cosby & Morehouse College Tribute to Ray Charles, The Magic Johnson Foundation, American Women in Radio & Television
(AWRT), NIKE, National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Coca-Cola USA, The Los Angeles Lakers Wives, HollyRod Foundation, TD Jakes Organization,
Tom Joyner Foundation and more. |
