- To meet the needs of the elderly who want to remain in the comfort of their own home yet still receive quality care,
SCPH began offering in-home care services in 1995. Carefully selected and trained staff offer services such as companionship,
safety supervision, assistance with personal care, errands, transportation, chores and other daily living activities.
Redwood Elderlink- Whether you choose to live at home or live in a
residential care community, the dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of professionals at Redwood Elderlink can help. We
offer three levels of affordable day-care, as well as other programs and activities that can provide a lifetime of benefits
for you and your family.
Community Care for Adults - Our goal is to maintain
the frail elderly and those over eighteen years of age who may be at-risk to institutionalization. We provide the service to those
in their own community and preferable in their own homes, as long as it is medically, socially and economically feasible through
the provision of Adult Day Services.
