Residential Care Facilities

RCFE - Residential Care Facility for the Elderly; these facilities provide living arrangements with varying levels and intensities of care and supervision, personal care, or protective supervision for residents who are over 60 years of age.

RCFEs are licensed by the California Department of Social Services.

 
Redwood Town Court - Redwood Town Court is a retirement community for the elderly, offering residential and assisted living apartments on a month-to-month rental basis. The monthly fee includes meals, utilities (except telephone and cable TV), housekeeping, including laundering of bed and bath linens, maintenance, and scheduled transportation services.

 
12 Oaks Lodge - A canopy of spreading oak trees gives this park-like haven its name-yet you're mere steps from shopping and places of worship, as well as a short ride from Montrose and Glendale. The Lodge is a 4 1/2 -acre vista of scenic space, where you'll discover a world of privacy and convenience, plus numerous recreational and volunteer programs.
