service team. Whenever a client contacts Second Image for support or to place or modify
an order, he or she deals with the same Customer Service Representative (CSR) each
time.
This is true even for our clients who have several offices in different regions;
every office in the company deals with the same Second Image CSR.
Second Image clients can easily reach their assigned CSR by phone or
through email. In addition, each Web order from Second Image is set up so
clients can instantly send email questions about that specific order to
their CSR. All emails are automatically logged for future reference.
